FullStaq provides a Windows-style desktop environment for Android devices, including a taskbar, application launcher, file manager, web browser, document editors, and system controls.
2. Information Accessed by FullStaq
FullStaq requires access to certain device information and functions to provide its features.
Depending on the features you enable, the App may access:
- Installed applications: Application names, icons, and package information to display installed apps and launch them.
- Files and storage: Files, folders, and documents accessed through File Explorer and built-in editors.
- Device information: Battery status, Wi-Fi connection state, and other system information needed for desktop indicators.
- Application usage information: Information about running or recently used applications when app detection is enabled and Android grants the required permission.
- User preferences: Wallpaper, desktop shortcuts, icon positions, theme colours, resolution scale, and other configuration settings.
This information is used to provide FullStaq's functionality.
3. File and Storage Access
FullStaq includes a built-in File Explorer and document editing applications.
Storage access allows users to:
- Browse files and folders.
- Create, rename, move, copy, and delete files.
- Open and edit supported documents.
- Manage archives.
- Save documents and application settings.
- Manage desktop shortcuts and the Recycle Bin.
File operations are performed on the device or storage locations selected by the user.
FullStaq does not require users to upload personal documents to RD Soft servers to use its local file-management features.
Files may be transmitted when users deliberately access network destinations or use third-party services.
4. Built-in Web Browser
FullStaq includes a web browser powered by Android WebView.
When browsing websites:
- Websites may collect information according to their own privacy policies.
- Websites may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies.
- Your IP address and browsing requests may be visible to the websites and network providers you connect to.
- Third-party websites may collect information independently of RD Soft.
Users are responsible for reviewing the privacy policies of websites they visit.
5. Device Permissions
FullStaq may request the following Android permissions or special access:
Storage access: To manage files and folders, including access to shared device storage.
Network access: To access websites and support internet-enabled features.
Installed application information: To display and launch applications installed on the device.
Usage access: To detect running or recently used applications when the feature is enabled.
Modify system settings: To control supported system settings, including device brightness and screen rotation.
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth permissions: To display connection information and control supported connectivity features, subject to Android restrictions.
Install applications: To allow users to initiate the installation of APK files.
Accessibility access: If separately enabled, to perform supported system actions requiring Android Accessibility Services.

Permissions are used to support the relevant App features. Some features may be unavailable if the required permission is denied.
6. Local Data Storage
FullStaq stores application preferences and configuration data locally on the device.

- Desktop layout and shortcuts.
- Taskbar configuration.
- Selected theme and wallpaper.
- Resolution Scale settings.
- File Explorer preferences.
- Other application configuration data.
Some files created or edited within FullStaq may remain in user-selected storage locations after the App is uninstalled.
7. Sharing of Information
FullStaq's local launcher and file-management functions are not designed to require sharing personal documents with RD Soft.
Information may be disclosed to third parties when users choose to interact with external websites, services, or applications.
We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or in response to a valid legal obligation.
8. Data Security
We aim to protect user information through the security mechanisms provided by Android.
FullStaq relies on Android's permission system, application sandboxing, and storage protections where applicable.
No software can guarantee absolute security. Users should take appropriate precautions when handling sensitive files and accessing websites.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
FullStaq retains local settings and configuration data as needed for the App to function.
Users can remove locally stored application data through Android's application settings.
Uninstalling FullStaq generally removes its private application data, subject to Android's normal backup and retention behaviour.
Documents and files stored outside the App's private storage may need to be deleted separately.
10. Children's Privacy
FullStaq is a general-purpose Android desktop launcher and is not specifically designed for children.
Users should exercise appropriate supervision when children access websites, install applications, or manage files using FullStaq.
11. Third-Party Services
FullStaq interacts with Android operating-system services and may open external websites or applications.
Those services may process information under their own privacy policies.
RD Soft is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party websites or applications.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to FullStaq, applicable laws, or our privacy practices.
Updates will be published on the RD Soft website with a revised effective date.
